Camera Verification Inserting
Invoices, financial documents and other important communication can be verified in the machine inserting process. BlueGrass Mailing, or our customers, can print barcodes, 2D codes, or unique ID #s on the documents to be read with our camera systems and verified against the data file. This process ensures that all invoices were printed, processed, and mailed. In addition to the verification process, it also makes sure that duplicate documents were not printed and that only one document would be inserted in each envelope. Our camera verification is extremely important when dealing with transactional mailing. When dealing with sensitive and timely information, such as invoices, checks, and other critical communication, camera verification is a necessity.
